If you face challenges with visa applications or other issues that prevent in-person attendance, you can register for online participation. However, the organizers strongly encourage in-person participation for a more enriching experience.

CANCELATIONS
You can make substitutions at any time, but kindly inform the Organizing Committee at mycorem24@usherbrooke.com regarding any name changes. In case you need to cancel your registration entirely, please notify the Organizing Committee promptly. If written notice is received by September 1st, 2024, a full refund will be issued, minus a 10% administration fee. For cancellations received by October 17th, 2024, a 50% refund will be provided. Unfortunately, registrations canceled after October 17th, 2024, or for attendees who do not show up at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will apply.
Conference dinner registration

The Conference Dinner will be held at restaurant and microbrewery Siboire on October 23rd, and offers conference participants an excellent chance to enjoy delicious food in a relaxed setting while getting to know each other and making new connections outside the main conference environment. The event includes a three-course meal, a local beer, and a tour of the Siboire microbrewery. Please note that Conference Dinner tickets must be purchased separately during registration process, as they are not included in the conference registration fees.
